"Vee", the main character of Victory Wing is a very simplistic
character, having a circular body connected to circular hands (with no arms
evident). His shoes are floppy and pancake-like, while his wings are rectangular
with three 'feathers' of diminishing length, and a small symbol decorating each.
Vee's facial features are designed to convey emotion in a minimalist fashion, with
only a mouth, two long, sharp eyebrows, and a single line denoting eyes.
